These terms cover MediumSoft’s website and Cellarise: Phone Privacy Check & Clean-up. By using the website or software, you agree to these terms. Contact us at info@mediumsoft.online with questions.

Your consumer rights come first

Our software comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, or any other rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If these terms conflict with those rights, your rights take priority.

Free checks and Pro purchases

Cellarise’s phone privacy check is free. Pro is US$49 as a one-off payment, not a subscription. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Pro features require a valid licence.

Payments currently operate in Stripe test mode only. Test payments do not charge real money and do not represent a live commercial purchase. Do not enter real card details into test checkout.

Your Pro licence

A Pro licence is for one person to use on their own Windows PCs, including a replacement PC. You receive permission to use the software, not ownership of its intellectual property.

Keep your licence key private. Do not share it with other people or publish it online.

You may not resell or redistribute the licence or sell the software as your own.

MediumSoft retains ownership of its software and branding. These terms do not restrict any use permitted by law or rights granted under licences for third-party components.

Using Cellarise safely

Only scan or clean a phone you own or have permission to access. Cellarise runs on Windows 10 or 11 and works with most Android phones that support USB debugging. Compatibility varies by phone and Android version; broader device testing is ongoing. Use the free check to assess your phone before purchasing Pro.

Scans are read-only. Pro cleaning requires your preview and confirmation. Read each proposed change and back up important information before approving it. Some changes, such as clearing app data, may not be reversible. Photo originals can be kept for restoration when using the backup option.

Cellarise uses Android’s USB debugging and does not root your phone or install an app on it. Switch debugging off when you finish; Cellarise provides a free safety step to help do this.

What Cellarise cannot promise

Cellarise helps identify and reduce personal information on your phone. It is not a forensic wipe and cannot guarantee that deleted information is unrecoverable. Without root access, it cannot read inside other apps’ private storage. It cannot remove copies held by Google, other app providers, mobile carriers or car makers.

Cellarise cannot determine whether someone is monitoring your phone. Its findings and guidance do not replace specialist security advice. Third-party services, including the optional map, have their own terms and availability.

Support, faults and refunds

For help, email info@mediumsoft.online. For a lost key, use licence recovery. Email delivery is still being configured, so contact us if recovery does not arrive. No particular support response time is promised.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase or any statutory rights.
