Refund policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy applies to software purchased from MediumSoft, including Cellarise Pro.
Your legal rights
Our software comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the software repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Other mandatory consumer rights may also apply where you live. This policy does not limit them. There is no additional fixed deadline in this policy for exercising statutory rights; the applicable law determines your entitlement.
Change of mind
We do not offer additional change-of-mind refunds. Please use Cellarise’s free check and review the Pro features and compatibility information before buying. This does not affect a refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law, including if the software is faulty or does not match its description.
Requesting help or a refund
Email info@mediumsoft.online with your purchase email, receipt or payment reference, and a description of the problem. If you can, include your Windows version and phone model so we can investigate. Do not send card details, your licence key, or private phone contents.
We will assess the issue and explain the available remedy. For a minor fault, this may involve a repair or replacement. For a major failure, your right to choose a refund or replacement is preserved. Troubleshooting is not a condition that removes your statutory rights.
How refunds are returned
Approved payment refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear depends on Stripe and your bank. If the original method cannot receive the refund, contact us to arrange an appropriate alternative.
A refunded Pro purchase no longer provides permission to use that purchase’s Pro licence. You can continue using the free check. Offline software may not immediately reflect a refund; this does not change the licence permission.
Test payments
Checkout currently runs in Stripe test mode. No real money is charged, so a test transaction has no real payment to return. Contact us if you encounter a problem with a test purchase or licence.
